Is the BBC taking the piss?

BBC NEWS | Entertainment | Webber’s fear for Eurovision act

This was the most read story on BBC news tonight. It’s not even a story. Why is this being reported? What on earth does Lloyd Webber and his Eurovision finalist worries have to do with me, my life, or the lives of anyone in this country?

What an absolute waste of internet space. This post is probably just adding to the black hole that it’s leaving behind from its complete worthlessness.

I’m sick to death of reading nothing but terror, depression, recession, murder, crime, war, disease and unemployment stories.

Are the media never going to be happy? Do we have to cry ourselves to sleep while we worry about our jobs, our health, our money, our safety, our family before they’re satisfied?! Would they rather see us stock piling food and guns in preparation for the apocalypse? The end of the world seems to be edging closer and closer, the way the media are going on about things.

Hellish.

You know what? I’m pretty happy right now. I’m not over the moon and I’m aware of what’s happening around me, but there are still good things happening in my life and I expect it’s the same for the majority out there. Do we really need to turn on the TV, or visit a news website and see nothing but fear and depression?

How are we ever going to live through this recession and general crap if we can’t even look on the bright side? What’s going to happen when things get worse?

Hellish.

R, as in Robert Loggia. O, as in Oh my God, it’s Robert Loggia. B, as in By God, that’s Robert Loggia. E, as in everybody loves Robert Loggia. R, as in Robert Loggia. T, as in Tim look over there it’s Robert Loggia. Space. (Family Guy fans only).

My favourite scene as a kid. Dee dee dee dee dee dee.

BBC NEWS | Health | Sleep position gives personality clue

I’m a freefaller. How disappointing, it has me exactly right.

Lying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often gregarious and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don’t like criticism, or extreme situations.
